Conveniently located on Dang Thai Mai, our facility is designed to support every aspect of your wellness journey. In addition to our class space, we offer an open gym, showers, changing rooms, a treatment room, a cozy cafe, an ice bath, and a relaxing space to unwind post-workout. Every day is a good day at CrossFit Tay Ho—come be a part of it!
GETTING STARTED

Take a class for free! Meet the coaches, meet the community, and see what CrossFit Tay Ho is all about. Free classes are open to Hanoi residents only on Saturday mornings at 8am or 9am.

All new members start with our Essentials Course, a required intro to CrossFit basics. This course includes two 90-minute small group sessions where a coach will guide you through foundational movements, proper technique, and key terminology. You'll practice key skills and movements—setting you up for success and helping us to understand your personal needs.
The Essentials Course costs 1,700,000 VND, which is deducted from your first 3+ month Unlimited Membership.
Schedule
Courses run every other week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 pm. Attendance is essential, so if these times don’t work for you, let us know, and we’ll find a solution. -
You’re all set! You can now join our workouts that are functional, constantly varied, and performed at high intensity relative to your ability. In short, you'll be doing things your body was intended to do, at a level that is appropriate for your experience.
A certified Coach will start with a warm-up, guide you through each movement, and keep an eye on (and correct) your form—motivating you every step of the way to get the most out of your workout!
